Connect your WhatsApp if it's not already connected by scanning the QR code.

Click on MyAlice WhatsApp Chat Backup plugin.

Select the timeframe for which you want to create the backup.
You can only backup for 1 year at a time. Run multiple backups if you want to backup for longer periods.

Click on Download WhatsApp chat button to download the backup.

Send the .zip file that was downloaded to our support team here: support@myalice.ai
Also mention the email that you used to register to MyAlice. Our team will import the backup to your account.
